  I John Mallett of the City of London do make and appoint this to be my last Will & Testament. In the first place I order all my lawful Debts to be discharged. At present I know of none but to my sister Sarah Mallett for which she has my Bond. I give to my sister Jane Withers ten pounds. To Mrs Ann Gibbs, wife of Mr George Abraham Gibbs my diamond mourning ring which was left to me by Mrs Sibella Mallett. To Mrs Mallett wife of my cousin William Mallett of Ash my diamond ring consisting of seven stones; the residue of my goods, chattels, house & effects that I shall die possessed of I leave to my sister Sarah Mallett who I constitute my sole executrix; in witness whereof I set my hand and seal this Twenty seventh day of June in the year of our Lord One Thousand seven hundred & sixty eight. The residue of my goods chattels houses & effects I give & bequeath to my sister Sarah Mallett who I constitute whole & sole executrix in witness whereof I set my hand and seal this second day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred & seventy one.
