I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH TO MY DAUGHTER CLARA LOUISE CARVELL my gold watch & chain and my 300 shares in Vickers Limited if she dies to go to her daughter DAPHNE MARION CARVELL and to my daughter MARGUERITE ELIZABETH SMITH my shares in Mallett & Son or any money I LEAVE If she dies to go to my son REGINALD JAMES GOODMAN or his daughter DOROTHY GOODMAN if I leave any furniture it's for my daughter MARGUERITE ELIZABETH SMITH IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand to this my last will and testament this 2nd day of January 1927. HENRIETTA MARY BOBE I direct payment of all my just debts testamentary and funeral expenses I REVOKE all former wills by me made and I appoint WILLIAM MALLETT of 4 Castle St Trire [Truro] Cornwall and FRANK VINCENT SMITH of Woniora Road of Davis Corner South Hurstvile Australia Sydney/Executors of this my will IN WITNESS whereof I have hereunto set my hand this day of January 2nd one thousand nine hundred and 27 SIGNED and acknowledged by the said HENRIETTA MARY BOBE as her last will and testament in the presence of us both present at the same time and we at her request and in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereto set our names as witnesses: Sydney Robert Bell, Produce Merchant, 7 Hillcrest Avenue, Hurstville. A.J. Davis, Ironmonger, Woniora Rd, Sth Hurstville. 3rd March, 1931. On this date letters of Administration (with the will annexed) of the estate of the above-named deceased were granted to the Public Trustee. Testatrix died on the 27th September,1930.
