  • Name Benjamin Albert MALLETT  [1
Birth Abt Jun 1883  Moretonhampstead, Devon, England Find all individuals with events at this location  [2, 3, 4
    • The Registration District was Newton Abbot, but his birthplace was recorded simply as "Moreton" in the 1891 census. Moretonhampstead is within the Newton Abbot Registration District. Benjamin gave his birth place as Okehampton in the 1911 census (that he himself filled out and signed), probably because of the time that he and his brother George spent in the Workhouse there. That may be where they spent their formative years.
