Caroline Horne 24 May 1808 - 29 Nov 1875, dau. of a Sussex-born jeweller, John Horne and Elizabeth Hawley from London, Eng. John Horne and his eldest son Robert William were watchmakers and jewellers in London and later in Charlottetown. John and Caroline had ten children. Moved to Magnolia, Wisconsin in 1856. (Another descendant of the Horne's may live in York-- a Letha Horne m. Louis Vessey. Their dau. Shirley Fred Vessey m. Bev Simpson.--Can't place Shirley Freda Vessey on the tree.)
