      The family moved from Limpenhoe, Norfolk, to Herringfleet between 1828and 1831 as Mark was born in Herringfleet in 1831

      Maria Farman, aged 18 was a dairy maid and Mary Farman aged 13 was a nurse. They are assumed to be the sisters of Ambrose Farman
      who married an apparently unrelated Mary Rushmer, who was born in Reedham.

      shows John Mallett as a maltster and coal merchant. John Mingay isshown as the licencee of the 'Bell', an inn at St Olaves Bridge.

      Jeremiah Hoggett is the licencee of the Bell at the 1851 census.

      Post Office Directory of Cambs, Norfolk & Suffolk,1869. [Part 3:Suffolk] shows John Mallett as the licencee of the 'Bell'.
