      April 14th 1858 - Improperly dressed in barracks. Reported byS.I. Shearman. Pleaded guilty. Reprimanded.
      November 14th 1859 - Neglecting to summons a person whosechimney was on fire. Reported by Sarg. Ellis. Pleaded guilty.Reprimanded.

      Jim was discharged from the force on 18th April 1867 after tenyears service. He was still a constable when discharged.
