Mary's husband John was to have been the executor of her estate, but he predeceased her. Mary had named her cousin Isobel Miller as an alternate to her husband, but Isobel declined to serve. As a result the Maricopa County Public Fiduciary acted on Mary's behalf, and the will was probated. Nothing more is known as to the liquidation/distribution of Mary's estate, worth approximately $10,000.00. Probate ended in January of 1991. Since Mary had no children, she named four cousins as her heirs: Harold Mallett, Elmer Roland, Donna Unwin, and Isobel Miller.
