Name Frances Alberta AVERY [1] Birth 11 Aug 1915 Gender Female EA Group 1 Note - If you look at the 1881 Census you will find Elizabeth living with her husband George Judge and their 1 year old daughter Ada Elizabeth. This was before my grandmother was born. Her life has been quite a mystery to all because she came to Canada as a Bernardo child (home child) and none of her past was known by my mother - her only living child. I received information from the Bernardo's when my mother was 83 and she was quite glad to have some information about her mother.

My mother is Frances Alberta Avery daughter of Emily Florence Judge (mother was Elizabeth Margaret Mallett). She is still living and is 87 years old. Right now she's swimming in the ocean in Cuba - needless to say she's in pretty good shape. She had 2 brothers, Charles and Ralph both of whom have passed away.
She didn't know any of her mother's background until she was 83 which was when I got the information from the Bernardo Foundation about Emily Florence.
